Spanish Roja is a hardneck, Rocambole garlic with 8-12 cloves per bulb.  It is one of the most revered of the hardneck garlics.  Eaten raw, Spanish Roja has a hot, strong, robust and lasting flavor.  Once cooked, Spanish Roja takes on a deep, rich complex flavor, which pairs well with acidic fruits and vegetables, robust cheeses, grilled steak, roasted meats and seafood.  Grown from certified organic seed.
