Crystal Garlic is a harneck, Porcelain garlic from the Republic of Georgia.  Crystal garlic bulbs have 5 to 7 very large cloves.  Crystal is mellow when served raw, and, when cooked, has a medium bite with no lingering aftertaste. Crystal has a superior flavor, which adds the perfect crisp taste to stir-fry, root vegetables, cabbage, chicken and fish.
